How long does delivery take?

  • Our delivery times is within 24 hours business days this excludes Fridays and public holidays, Except for Some areas, such as Khiran, Wafra, etc. delivery might take up to 3 days.

Do I need to pay for installation or delivery?

  • No, we offer free installation & delivery services.

What time do you deliver?

  • Our deliveries usually happen between 9:00am and 4:30pm. We will call you beforehand to ensure an appropriate delivery time.

What is your refund and exchange policy ?

  •  We allow our items to be refunded or replaced within a period of 15 days from the purchasing time.
  • If the item is not working or is found defective. Please make sure the original packing and invoice are available.

My item was repaired several times by your service center, how could I replace it?

  • If there is no defect and the spare part is available the item will be repaired.
  • If there is a manufacturer defection then our technical investigation reports will be raised to replace the item, if item warranty is valid.
  • If there is no spare part (during nine days) a technical investigation report will be raised to replace the item, if item warranty is valid.
  • If there is no defect and the spare part is available the item will be repaired.

How do I choose the right air conditioner for my space?
